We bought a Highlander Platinum last week. Everything from timelines, to updates to accommodating our requests for a delay of pick up by a week(we had a baby) and then quickly arranging pick up on a short notice was done so seamlessly.The team went out of their way to secure a platinum for us in this right it market. Prices and trade-in value was more than fair (other dealers were marking up MSRP and refusing to quote a trade-in value until the car arrived). I bought my previous car from regency and they value loyalty and have a rate discount in this rising rate environment…they have a customer for life time. No pushing, no take it or leave it attitude…makes a world of difference. Car dealers hold the chips in this environment and Regency still values customers, securing them forever. My trade-in value was locked the day I booked my highlander giving me peace of mind.The team, David and Kam were exceptionally warm, Kam left his lunch to meet us and let the team know to speed up our delivery as we just had a baby. Thank you so much.I wish the times improve for them as you can see them having a hard time with low inventory and Toyota not allowing flexible options anymore.
