The 2023 Toyota bZ4X delivers exceptional range for everyday life

The 2023 Toyota bZ4X was unveiled last year and officially arrived on the market earlier this year. Two versions of the 2023 Toyota bZ4X

There are two versions of the 2023 bZ4X on the market, a front-wheel drive model and an AWD model, both with the same battery pack. However, the usable battery capacity of the bZ4X battery differs from one model to the other. FWD models have a usable battery pack of 71.4 kWh while AWD models have a 72.8-kWh battery. 

The range also differs from one model to the next.

The new bZ4X definitely gives you the range you need for all of your daily activities while also offering multiple charging options. The new Toyota electric vehicle can be recharged on a 120 V, 240 V or a DC fast charger at up to 150 kWh. That means you can get back 80% of range in about 60 minutes.

On a traditional level 2 charger, you will need about 9 hours to fully charge the bZ4X with the 6.6-kW onboard charger.

Impressive performance and space

The new Toyota bZ4X isn’t just efficient, it is also very spacious. It is about the size of a Toyota RAV4 inside and buyers will enjoy 784 litres of cargo space with all seats in place.

Moreover, the new bZ4X offers impressive performance in both FWD and AWD versions. The first delivers 201 horsepower while all-wheel drive models get 214 hp. That’s enough to power the 2023 bZ4X to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds and 6.9 seconds respectively.
