Regency Toyota sets itself apart from other dealerships in the city!

Regency Toyota Vancouver sets itself apart from other dealerships in the city with its boutique-like atmosphere. The managers work alongside their team members on the open floor, which creates a more collaborative and approachable environment. During my visit, I didn't encounter any pushy or aggressive salespeople, which can be a common experience at other dealerships.

I would like to give a special mention to three individuals at Regency Toyota who made my experience memorable. First, Kiah Thorpe, a sales associate who was incredibly patient and responsive to my inquiries, particularly regarding the wait times for Toyota vehicles. I dealt with her for six months, and she was always helpful and professional. Second, Kam Bagheri, a sales manager who was not only friendly, but also remembered my wife and I when we returned two months later. He went above and beyond to fulfill a promise he made to us and displayed a keen awareness of his surroundings. Finally, Fred Wu, another sales manager who demonstrated a boutique-like demeanor even though I had never met him before. He was friendly and helpful, which added to the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership.

Overall, I highly recommend Regency Toyota for their friendly, non pushy demeanor. They were pleasant to deal with from start to finish.
